Hey Jim you fucking *******. The hardest part of moose hunting is drawing the tag. After this is accomplished, the hunting is easy. Quit trying to pretend that you know what you are doing…it offends those of us who do.

I am responding to this as a sportsman, guide, and ethical sportsman. Jim Shockey has no business representing any part of the shooting sports industry. Have you ever watched his show…? A true embarrassment to hunters worldwide. It all starts with the beginning of his show when it shows him standing there with a dumb look on his face with a fresh scope bite mark on his forehead. Check out the video of him hunting with his father some time. This guy should stay in town where he belongs.

Hey there Schnitzengiggles7250. 1st, I like the name. 2nd, I agree with you for the most part but I am not American. Us Canadians love to hunt too! LOL. It’s other peoples’ right to dislike hunting, and it isn’t a patriotic thing. You can love your country and not hunting. In America or Canada it is freedom of choice,ect…, and our right to do it if we choose. Don’t kid yourself. I actually hunt for fun, and so do you. It’s a great time to be out with your family and friends. Love it!

Hey Cluff 1957. Wow, I don’t get you at all. The man drops a bull moose and a bear with one shot each from a muzzle loader and you say horrible shot? Two clean, quick kills in no time! That was amazing shooting! I take it you never hunted before? Nice comment, Amateur. I get a kick out of you guys. Maybe get out in the field, Mr. Boone and see what it’s really like. Sooner or later you may actually hit something besides paper targets.

yeh well a good hunter always makes sure a grizzly is dead before it is approached, because when you shoot a bear adrenaline is pumped everywhere in its body and they’ll attack you without thinking twice

Yes you have lied to yourself, and my territory is anywhere I choose. Get an education boy- the wilderness only ever realy belongs to those who live in it, not butchers who visit it. That moose was mine, that grizzly was mine also, if you think otherwise, then you have a long way to go to become a man. You can pretend all that you want that we hunt to eat, I’ve hunted my whole life and I was never taught to lie to myself. We hunt for a lot of reasons, but food is the one that is neglected when you spend the amount of money required to travel to Alaska or the Yukon to hunt. You are a text book glutton who has to make himself feel better by finding a worthy excuse to butcher truth. Idiot! Stay the hell away from my territory you fumbling ‘want to be’!

if you are shooting an animal to EAT! it is good if u shoot to put on a wall it is not. its called survival yes u can buy food at the store but somthing has to die for u to live if its a moose so be it. any one who spends the time and legaly takes an animal is doing rite. hence the fact of it being legal. America is a free country ur free to have ur own views but what u stated before is miss informed
